Around five free ADHD and executive functioning workshops run every month, live and open to parents, students, and educators.
Sessions run 45 to 60 minutes on Zoom, Facebook Live, or in-person at Utah Valley libraries and community spaces. Some are recorded.
Registration is free and takes under a minute. No payment, no upsell, and no requirement to become a coaching client.
Level-Up Life coaches teach alongside Komi Counseling and Psychology clinicians, so workshops carry both a coaching lens and a clinical one.

Each workshop is a focused 45-to-60-minute session, with time for your questions at the end. Some run live on Zoom or Facebook Live, some are recorded so you can watch later, and a few each month happen in person at Utah Valley libraries, schools, and community spaces. You'll find the format right on the workshop card, so it's easy to pick what fits your week.
Every topic is built for the people it serves. Parent sessions go deep on the conversations and routines that actually change a household. Student sessions speak directly to young adults navigating school, work, and that frustrating gap between intention and follow-through. Educator sessions cover what teachers, school staff, and academic coaches are seeing in the classroom.
Registration is free and takes under a minute. You'll get a confirmation email with the join link or in-person address, plus a reminder before the session starts. There's no upsell, no hidden cost, and no expectation that you'll become a coaching client afterward. These are genuine educational sessions, not lead-capture dressed up as content.
Workshops are educational sessions intended for general information. They are not a substitute for professional clinical care or diagnosis.
The calendar rotates monthly, but a few topics come up again and again. Recent and recurring ones include:

what it is, what it isn't, and what the current research actually supports
time management, task initiation, working memory, and emotional regulation
how to support a young adult who's stuck without taking the wheel for them
what changes when a student comes home from residential or wilderness, and how to hold structure without recreating the program

communication that protects the relationship while still holding the line
the daily habits underneath the work
what to ask for, how to advocate, and when to push back

Other Level-Up Life coaches guest-facilitate from time to time, including our executive functioning coaching and parent coaching leads. Each card lists who's teaching that particular session. For more on the people behind the program, see About Level-Up Life.
Do I need to be a current client to attend?
Not at all. Workshops are free and open to everyone — prospective families, current clients, educators, and anyone curious about ADHD and executive functioning. There's no expectation that you'll become a coaching client, and plenty of parents attend several before they ever book a consultation.
Are workshops recorded?
Some are. Recorded sessions usually post as replays a few days after the live event, and the card will tell you whether one's coming. Live-only sessions, including most of the in-person ones, aren't recorded. If you can't make it live, subscribe for alerts so you don't miss the recorded sessions.
What platform are workshops on?
It varies. Most live online sessions run on Zoom or Facebook Live, with the occasional Google Meet, and our in-person workshops are held at Utah Valley libraries, schools, and community spaces. The platform or location is listed right on the card, and the join link or address comes in your confirmation email.
How do I register?
Just click the registration link on the workshop card above. You'll enter your name and email, get an instant confirmation, and receive a reminder before the session. The whole thing takes under a minute, with no charge and no payment information required.
Are workshops for parents or students?
Both, depending on the topic. Parent workshops cover communication, household routines, and supporting a struggling child. Student workshops speak to young adults on academic strategy, executive functioning, and post-treatment transition. A few are built for educators, and some are open to the whole family. You'll find the audience listed on each card.
Are workshops the same thing as coaching?
No. Workshops are group educational sessions, not individual coaching. They're a great way to understand ADHD and executive functioning and pick up strategies to try on your own. Coaching is a one-on-one engagement where you build systems with a coach over the course of months. Not sure which one fits your family? Book a free consultation and we'll help you figure it out.
